The Army Sport Control Board would like to congratulate Tennis Secretary Lt Col (Retired) Bill Herlihy who has been awarded a Meritorious Service Award (MSA) for his exceptional and sustained contribution to Army and Services tennis. Many congratulations to Bill and his wife Anne; who has also been by his side over the years!
The award will be presented over a virtual ceremony on 30th July.
